On Friday, July 22nd there will be a Penny Carnival at Central Park from 1-4pm. Games and activities will be 5 cents each!!
On Friday, July 29th there will be a Children's Parade at Central Park at 6pm. Children who want to participate can wear their favorite costume and meet at 6th and Monroe. How cute is that?
Also, last Thursday we went to "Mother Goose Asks Why" at 10am at the library. We participated in a story time followed by crafts and projects. It was super fun for my kids and each family got to take a brand new book home. I'm pretty sure there's a "Mother Goose Asks Why" again tomorrow and on the 21st at 10am. I'm not sure of the theme but these events are science-based. The story time was especially crowded last week so be sure to get there early if you want a good spot.
